Frequently Asked QuestionsWhy is the fall enrichment schedule not ready until September? Our program is still very young and does not yet have enough returning staff to allow us to create a schedule in June. We do have several great teachers who return each year, but it is not enough to fill a trimester of courses for all grades and interests. We are also currently unable to confirm available space in the school until early September because we share space with another afterschool program. The afterschool committee is working to get set space designated to the Enrichment Club, so we can confirm teachers earlier, and therefore begin registration earlier. In order to accomodate all families, the Enrichment Club offers child care beginning the first day of school, providing homework help, structured and free play. This will be available 5 days a week until 6pm. Last Revised: 30 July 2007 Comments |
