Credit Card Donation / Payment Form

This page replaces all previous PS166 Credit Card acceptance pages - yes ALL of them.
A donation to FO166 helps PS 166 programs such as Science Coordinator, Recess Assistants, Teacher Funding, Classroom Assistants.
Donations are 100% tax deductible. Payments for Afterschool are not automatically tax deductible. Please consult with your tax accountant.
This page lists all the donation and payment options. Tap a button that represents the donation/payment you would like to make. You will be taken to a SECURE PAYPAL page where you will submit your credit card info. To make a simple payment using your credit card that does not involve Paypal, just click on button next to "If you do not currently have a PayPal account".
Note: It still costs us between 2.2 and 2.9 percent, but it's very convenient!!

PLEASE READ Choose a button that reflects your donation or payment choice. Afterschool is the same as Enrichment. For Classroom Assistant donations, choose the row with a prefix 03 to 08 (for the year your child was eligible to enter kindergarten). For example, if your child is in Kindergarten for the 2008-2009 year, select the row starting 08.
As only one donation type is allowed per charge, please return to this page if you have more than one donation goal.
